Laura S. Crumbley, CPA
Laura S. Crumbley, CPA, P.C. is a professional firm dedicated to providing clients with personal attention. We take great pride in our clients’ trust in our ability to provide accurate and trustworthy assistance which comes from over 40 years’ experience and on-going training and education.
Laura received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
She began her career working with a CPA firm in Little Rock, Arkansas and relocated to a local firm in Memphis, Tennessee before settling in Georgia. She worked for a large local firm in Atlanta for three years which inspired her to work towards having her own practice.
Laura initially purchased an accounting practice in her husband’s hometown of McDonough in 1990 and has grown that business to what it is today. Her office, located on Atlanta Street just a block north of the historic McDonough Square, is an historic residence which she and her husband purchased in 1995 and converted into her present office.
A deep belief in service to the community is why Laura is so involved with many organizations in Henry County. She served as president of the Henry County Rotary Club for the 1998-1999 year and continues to serve as Treasurer. She also served on the board for A Friend’s House; the Advisory Board for Heritage Bank; she was a charter member of McDonough Arts Council and served as Treasurer; she also served on the Promotions Committee for Main Street McDonough, the Cultural Development Committee at the Chamber of Commerce, the City of McDonough Historic Preservation Commission and was a member of the Leadership Henry Class of 2006. She was honored in 2010 with the Legacy of Leadership Award by Senator Gail Buckner, GA General Assembly. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.
